First, Duerrisms is out for the week:

Can't disagree with any of Duerr's girls observations, but I did find a few things interesting...
Duerr rightly put three of the top ten from QND's roster, and one could easily argue that Shannon Foley could be in the top 20 (Why? Read Duerr's comments on Randi Lee).

I saw that Scotland County Football Coach Brent Bonderant is retiring, and although I am not surprised (his son, his QB is graduating) I will miss seeing Coach B on the sidelines...
Brent and I were in college together, although we didn't really know each other since we ran in different circles, and that means we have a lot of the same background experiences. I am a big believer that the future of small-school football in NEMO is in 8-man.
As the rules currently read, schools with enrollments of 200 or less are eligible to play 8-man, and that means a LOT of NEMO schools are eligible. Here's a quick but incomplelte list of NEMO schools currently playing 11 man that COULD play 8-man right now:
Salisbury
Scotland
Harrisburg
Clopton (without elsberry)
Knox
Westran
Paris
