QND vs Macomb

Lets get the talk started for week 2. I have heard Macomb is much improved this year, and QND showed some vulnerabilites last night. With that beind said I will be shocked if this is a game. Macomb won't be as physical or as fast as Hannibal, and most importantly they won't have a Mark Nemes who accounted for 21 points last night essentially by himself. Connell will have the Raiders ready to go after a somewhat lackluster effort and knowing they need to improve before facing the beast that is Jeff City Helias in week 3...Even if Macomb is two touchdowns better than last year, this should still be a 30 point QND win.

What does everyone else think???

I was up in Macomb last night covering that game before heading to the end of the QND game, but Macomb does look pretty good, and should be very competitive in the WCC. On that note, I don't think they can hang with QND. Macomb lost their FB/LB midway through the first half due to a concusion, which thats a HUGE lose for Macomb because he is a beast.

I think it will be fair to say once the QND coaching staff reviews the tape from week one and highlights many of the things that went wrong they will be fixed and we will see a totally different QND this Friday night against Macomb.

A totally different QND, but a totally different opponent. Hannibal is lightyears above Macomb. QND should be able get a nice pick-me-up this week. I do enjoy the Bombers and the efforts they put forth, especially this year i know they have a great squad, but I don't see the orange and black being able to matchup very well at all vs the Raiders.

QND dominates Macomb all around but the Bombers sneak a couple Td's on QND's weakened defense.. Daniel Weiman 18 carries 210 yds and Kramer throws 3 Td's..

I believe that Macomb will be without their middle LB/FB Brandon Cousins(?) who suffered a concussion durig the game with WH. That will be a big blow to the Bombers.

Ouch.. As a supporter of QND i feel Macomb's pain. Tough year for injuries early.
