Should be an interesting year...
Ladies have started out 3-0 with wins over Wetern (Barry), Grigsville-Perry and Liberty'Semour, coming off a great season last year... and a duo of six footers who can actually play...
Boys start December 4 coming off a 21-7 year, a 22-7 year before that, an and 18-10 season before that.

CPC vs Pittsfield game on Friday will be a good one. Good to see Coach Plattner return to Voshall

Looks like the girls won over Carrollton last night in a fairly convincing way... I think they have a chance to be special again this year.

Marla Willard is a tremendous player and add another top notch shooter in Lipcamon, and the Lady Saukees are very dangerous

SHould be a good matchup for both teams. Could be a statement game for CP is they can go down there and beat the Saukees. I will take CP by 3. CP should be ready for the pressure after what QND put on them last Friday.

Pittsfield won 52-42 in what I hear was a great game. B. Hamilton had 20 points for the Saukees. CPC is going to be a load this year, they just had a really off night at the Pit.

I dont know if it was an off night as much as it was a learning experience for CPC at the pit. They have the athletes to be really good, but they didnt have the experience facing the kind of pressure QND can bring. I think Plattner even mentioned that in the paper. I think as they keep getting more experience facing tough teams like QND and Pittsfield they will get better and better.

I agree playing at the Pit and Pfield is only going to help CPC down the road. That regional should be a load again this year with CP, Payson, Lib, Western, BC, unity and SE all in that one. Assuming that is how the state breaks it down again. IF CP can keep getting better as they should being they are farely young, they should be a tough out. But you can say that about any one of the teams. I think injuries might very well end up playing a big role for that regional.
