The Quincy University men's basketball team tied the school record for consecutive wins in a 75-63 home win over the
University of Missouri-St. Louis. The Hawks picked up their 15th win of the season, remaining unbeaten, and tying the school mark for consecutive wins along with the 1981-82 team.

Quincy and UMSL played even for the first four minutes of the game until the Hawks went on an 11-2 run to take a 16-7 lead with 12:12 to play.

The Quincy lead grew to 22 points in the second-half but UMSL was able to make the game exciting towards the end, closing the score to 66-59. However a three pointer from Tyler Burke, off Belger's 10th assist of the game, with 1:09 left sealed the Hawk victory. Baptist led all scorers with a career high 26 points while also grabbing a team best 10
