2011 Liberty Fun Run Schedule

Date Event Time Place

1) June 5th Cross Country Golf 6:30pm Liberty High School
Runners compete in a mile, 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m. Lower the time the
Fewer the points scored. Add all the events together and lowest total point getter
Wins.

2) June 12th Obstacle Course 7:00pm Liberty High School
Runners compete by racing a circuit 3 times while jumping a series of obstacles
Set up around the course.

3) June 26th Biathalon 7:00pm Liberty High School
Consists of a 1.5 mile run around the school grounds and a 3mi bike ride.
Please bring you bicycles to compete.

4) July 12th Steeplechase 7:00pm Old Siloam
Consists of a 2mi race on road and grass surface jumping a series of obstacles
and a creek crossing.

5) July 19th Road Race 7:00pm Old Siloam
Runners race from the Siloam park entrance to Old Siloam.

6) July 26th Amazing Race 6:30pm Liberty High School
Runners .

Divisions
1. 4th grade and under (This division will run a shorter version of each event.)
2. Grade School: 5th to 8th grade
3. High School boys
4. High School girls
5. Open Men
6. Open Women
We will have an awards ceremony after the final race on July 26th.
Awards to be given:
Divisions 1&2: All participants will receive a medal. The top 4 finishers for the whole fun run series in each division will receive a trophy
Divisions 3& 4: The top finisher for the whole fun run series in each division will receive a trophy.
Division 5 & 6: The top finisher for the whole fun run series in each division will receive a trophy.
****Every Participant who competes in 4 fun runs will receive a free Fun Run T-Shirt****
