QND's Tanner Arntzen signs with St Ambrose

Congratulations to Tanner Arntzen as he signed his NLI to run Cross Country and Track for St Ambrose next year. Tanner led a very young QND team to its first ever appearance at the Illinois State Cross Country meet this season and should fit in very well with his new team.

Good luck! I think Tanner leaves tomorrow. I know he'll do good in the grass. Am also anxious to see how he does on the oval! Former Raider XC standout Mitch Dietrich also heads bach to Augustana for his second season of XC and Track.
