Putnam County knocked Schuyler County from the ranks of the unbeaten on Saturday, December 19, through the application of a tight defense and with the help of two different technical fouls called on Schuyler players. The 52-37 final score dropped the 4-1 Rams into a three-way tie for the Tri-Rivers Conference lead with 3-5 Putnam and then 3-5 Knox County.
