The WBBA/WJBM Family would like to wish all of you a very blessed and Merry Christmas. We look forward to sharing back and forth with you in the next year on this forum.
10) A bit of cheer for the QND Raiders football team. May your multiplier be reduced to 1.5.
9) Chris Duerr, 10 get out of speeding tickets in Pike County coupons. Good only from August through the end of February.
8) The Blue Devils to get a chance to host a regional in basketball and make someone else have to drive 300 miles on a Tuesday night.
7) A way for the Saukees football team to be teleported to the football games over 150 miles away and of course, a second round playoff win next year.
6) A 6 overtime regular season game for the first IW/QND alphabet bowl at Fuzz field next fall, knowing neither would have bragging rights over the other in a contest like that.
5) The Pleasant Hill basketball team to get 6-6'5" players to move in with a stroke from 30 foot on in, 3 boys and 3 girls, just to see if Jeff Shireman can sit back and enjoy watching his team crush someone without his eyes bugging out.
4) Even though it appears he will not need any help, back to back regional championships for my alma mater at CPC in basketball. This is more than a wish, it is a prediction.
3) Ten new businesses in Liberty, Payson, Barry, Kinderhook, BC, Pleasant Hill, Pittsfield, Winchester, Carrollton, Calhoun, North Greene, Greenfield, Bluffs. All knowing our business number and waiting in line to sponsor sports throughout the year. Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) See Tom and Rick Little have another season even better than the one they put together this year.
1) All the really nice folks that we loved to converse with the old KHQA board to find their way to this wonderful new board so I can wish all of them and you, a blessed Christmas and continue to make new friends. Plus having each of you to earmark wbbaradio.com adn join us on "Sports on a Sunday Evening" starting on January 3rd from 5-7PM. And to all a good night.
