I agree with the letter and think that it is very well put, however I agree with guest07 also. The IHSA is not forcing the schools to maximize their 25 contact days, its up to the coaches to decide... 
I agree, I'll be surprised if IW loses to anyone besides QND this year, at least till the playoffs anyway.
